I'm Still Shaking My Head on This One

I don't understand what this one is about. He's a big supporter of the quad, so that's more weapon sales. His party won big in the election the sunday after he was assassinated. I'm telling you, i see a a push to get people in place who are really going to be mean. And it may mean they want somebody meaner.
