Swimming is a sport where you have to concentrate on breathing a lot. There's so much subconscious breath work happening during swimming that it builds up your lung capacity. I remember back then as a kid, I had asthma and then later on as I grew up, I never had any issue with asthma. And the only thing that motivated me there was the omelet power from that canteen over there. That was the only motivation but the end of the week for me to go there and that's how the swimming journey began.
