How to Train for High Intensities

I usually don't get out of bed till about seven. So I train at about four to six p.m. or so in the afternoon. That's just what I do is kind of this minimal volume type of thing. Your body's core temperature, your reaction time and what's called your peak protein synthesis all occur between about 4-6 p.m., that works for me. And I have dinner. It'll take me a good four or five hours per episode. Trying to get rid of my kids flushing the toilet in the background. Yeah. People don't understand that it's fairly time.
