What's Fair Game for Reporting Under the First Amendment?

There are some very limited areas that is beyond the first mimment, right? But they are very limited. And it's rtant to understand why the press is the only industry, the onlyindustry, to be given explicit constitutional protection in the bill of rights. It doesn't belong to the clergy. The first amendment, freedom of press right belongs to the industry, belongs to the press. Courts, generally, not in this case, take it very seriously.
