The oil industry has gone through a huge amount of consolidation over the past decade, essentially. My concern is definitely on the demand side and the supply side. What happens if Middle East investors that lost money in some of these banking issues suddenly want prices to be higher? If they've lost money this year, what if they actually don't want to produce more oil because they want prices to go up?
