Why Was Keith Schchenberry Arrested?
Keith Schchenberry, the Prime Minister's Chief of Staff was arrested and taken in for questioning. Jorgen Fenwick had told police that he had information about Daphne's murder. He wanted a presidential pardon to avoid jail - but Joseph Muscat recused himself from the decision. The Maltese cabinet decided they were not going to agree to a pardon.
