When you feel a lot of emotions, emotional, whatever, what do you do to deal with the emotions? I think i usually try to stifle them as much as possible by engaging in bad habits. Sometimes it can take as long as like, a week or something, then all over analyze, so it's kind of like a pendulum. But e i feel like if i'm emotional, then i to be alone, and i just like lie in bed and just think about my feelings.
