Less than six months with a fever, you should certainly seek medical advice. If your child's unrousable, you simply cannot wake them up again, that needs an ambulance calling for them. Don't use a forehead thermometer. They will give you the wrong reading. Try and use something that you put in the ear to call an ambulance. And don't get me started on some of the myths we have about head injuries and vomiting as well.
