Socks2, KLF4 and CIMIC could be replaced by other members of their own transcription factor families. Oct4 couldn't be substituted by the other Octs, Oct1 or Oct6,. So more details, there's a chance, you know, possible. It's possible to substitute for Oct4 in the reprogramming cocktail. You need Oct4, but you don't necessarily need it for tote potency.
