I remember and it was, you know, obviously these guys weren't smart enough to probably really know they were just trained to do this. They'd totally remember that then I'd go throw something like 275, which seems so big for me, then I could do it. You know, same thing with a bench press. We do the same thing. So there has to be something about that from the head up of just getting comfortable with holding that much weight. And having the bands to kind of assist in that, in that situation, I think is, is massive.
