Change Habits for People With a Dh D

People with a d h d, it's more of a challenge for them to establish habits because o the need to self regulate and to use your working memory. As a coach, what i'd like to do is coach people to work with existing habits, to piggy back habits, not to establish new habits. Iy can slow you down quite considerably oaper at of time. When you have pressure, it makes it more difficult. Because emotionally you have to override that pressure. And you have to have the discipline to stick to that.
