Finding Winning Tests

I think the wrong way to look at it is about chasing winning tests, like finding winning tests. If that's what is driving the program, then it will lead to quite a lot of disappointment. And if you can learn something really interesting from any test, regardless of whether it wins or loses, and then figure out what you do next about that from every single test, then that can be what motivates people. I think you get a lot more traction behind what you're doing.
