How to Be Indestractable

There are three kinds. There's what's called an effort pact, which is what we just described here with the internet timer or using a feature that's built into the phone and there's also a price pact where you put some kind of money on the line. I like those packed. So this is how I got into shape for the first time in my life. At 43 years old in the best shape I've ever been by using price packs. And then we have what’s called an identity pact,which is where we have some kind of moniker, some kind of label for ourselves. It becomes part of your identity. Indestractable sounds like indestructible.
