Two thousand seven u pc filed a class action lawsuit against the state of illinois to challenge the unconstitutional conditions that mentally ill imprison people were experiencing. I asked allan what things were like for people in illinois prisons. Allan: "Prisons view it the same way that they would view a gang" and therefore, those sorts of close relationship with people can get people sent to solitary.
