What Is Proper English?

What is proper language is a construct and it's an idea that didn't even really exist until London's language standardization process. A lot of the grammar rules that we now consider as stable and unchanging they were literally just chosen by like the you know privileged white dudes who were working at London's printing presses. So enforcing that prescriptive form of language is kind of kind of futile because yeah people are going to use language as they do. If you want language to change it has to change from the bottom up.
