I've developed some really cool protocols for rehabbing you know the classic stuff Elbowton and Idis and Flexer Tendon and Poli issues and fingers. One thing I did with Dan Mursky was we rehabbed his finger injury that he had had for a long time while he trained again. We got him better while he went into a training program with a finger flex or pole injury which classically all climbers are like oh I'm doomed or I just have to rest this thing out.
