Are You Putting the Monkey Hat On?

There's such a need for organizations to have leaders with the right hat on andi there. There are so many player coaches, and we're probably losing sight of the importance in the leverage of coaching versus playing. I think that this is an interesting thing. It's going to make me think about my role differently. i hope it does that our listeners as well.
