How Do You Get Started in Negotiation?

The skill of negotiation, as I read through the book, it's evolved a lot in the last 40, 50 years. In 1979 Harvard starts this negotiation project and they're starting to look at theory and practice. And you just need to overcome that with rational, logical, you know, problem-solving mindset. So those are some of the evolutions that start to take place when in the book that you, that you run through.
