Interest rates are near zero, or have been declining for decades. And not everyone has the stock market we have. Our stock market is way more concentrated than it's been in decades past. That has nothing to do with interest rates. How you talk about forward looking inflation has sike a lot to do with how people get jobs in the private sector. Especially people with less formal education and weaker resumes.
