I feel like a rock star you know everybody knows who I am and to me that was, it was kind of cool like. But I also hired a lot of women and a lot of other people over the course of my career as I got more senior to build more diversity. The derivatives involved world is pretty pretty small, but I always felt like a really big fish. You used it to your advantage. Yeah and you have you really have to have that attitude if you can have any sanity.
