The Four Stages of Organizational Growth
Organizations go through very distinct stages as they grow in scal and by following where the constraints are, i identifi four of them. And each of them requires quite a different mind set. It actually requires a different structure, and it has differet locations for strategy the way the system ecals. So that te the thing to know is that reason organizations,. the reason leaders have to change their mind set, and the reason organizations need to shift a ii, is often out of necessity. I think we're not going to be able to create sustainable competitor advantage if we keep doing our own thing.
