What have you learned from your own journey from academia to industry that you're now sharing with junior incoming data scientists and data engineer to help mentodam to be successful? That's a great question. The first thing that came to mind was something that i learned with my first project at duolingo, when when i first joined. There is this saying of not letting perfect be the enemy of good. And so early on, i had to kind of shift my mentality and b ok with an mvp. Exns o staing on that pointof anmentering te the next wave of junior data scientists and data engineers.
