R1CS, Plonkish and there is also this algebraic intermediate representation or error, I think they have their own pros and cons. This motivated another work that we recently published right before hypernova called customizable constraint systems. One of the motivations for this work was to unify all these different constraint systems that people were using in practice. And it can do so with almost no or hits or no hits in most of the cases.
