Tottenham manager Maricio Pochettino has spoken about building trust with his players. The Argentine believes that the most important thing for a player is to feel they are being looked after by someone who wants them to perform well. He says it's not philosophy, methodology or style of football but how you treat your players on and off the pitch which will affect their performance in the long run. Tottenham have won three Premier League titles under Pochettino since he took over at White Hart Lane last season.
