I want to talk about preparation because I think this translates to all worlds and certainly to leaders. What has eased some of my fear has been over preparation. Don't speak on top of a wire. How high up will you be? It depends, I just did United Reynolds and they rented Lucas Oil Stadium. And I walked about 200 feet up above the stadium and talked while I was walking. That's close my mind with no harness.

- "If you think you should practice 5 times, do it 50 times."

- A passion about being good at what you do
- Too many people are miserable at what they do. It's fear.
