Can the spirit of win, win survive in an environment of competition? Well, that's what i've been talking about. Ye you have to have win, win inside your team but with competition? No, you don't. Not with competitors. Now, you can do it with outsiders, if you're allies. It's not ike being on the same team, but you can make a deal, win, win. Another example of this would be trade between countries, right? Trading, trading, you know economies. If you have win loose, then only one benefits and the other one loses.
