The Chicken and Egg Problem

The evangelism that early doctors use actually turns off mainstreama doctors. So you have the chicken and egg problem where main streanm so not only our early adoptors have opposite needs from mesima doctors, but they also make very poor references for mati doctors. It just always confuses me why people would always feel the need to bring this up when talking about technology that's not main stream yet.
