We've seen this incremental change over a period of time where design has been post experience. But what we really need to do is educate the C-suite and they need to understand because ultimately they're making the call on these big strategic processes, right? And if they don't get it, then no matter what's happening underneath with all the other people down below, it will be kiboshd. It's hard to put a measure on something that's not there when it's not there.
