In this episode, Dillon sits down with Jasper De Coninck looking to change the lens through which you see knee valgus or the knees caving in during movement. The glutes are typically pinned as the cause, the solution becomes training the glute medius. We have a special guest on the show today to help show us that there is more to the story than the glutes! We look to answer; is knee valgus dangerous or just part of human movement? If glute medius weakness is not the culprit then what else could it be? Should we actually be training into knee valgus to help prevent knee injuries? These questions answered and much more on this episode!

Enjoy!
