i like to do the snow globe exercise with my clients and students when they're feeling very agitated. Close your eyes for just a moment, and picture your mind as that shaken snow globe,. Just like all the thoughts, the somwat 60 thousand out that are racing through our mind every day. And just watching in your mind's eye to see everything slowly settle as you're breathing slowly. This can help you start to think straight in the moment now that you have to go into.
