The Importance of Ownership in a Project

I'd love to feel like I was part of something. In supporting a project, you kind of take some ownership or responsibility over it. But that's really what stops me from doing it because it just requires me to expend some effort more than the money. And there's something I want, I get out of it like an order subscription and you get convenient access to the latest binaries. The only thing I would worry about if we did go for a system where you're paying for what you use constantly is that one of the huge advantages of fast stuff is the fact that you can have the app that seems completely bonkers. Like, I don't know how that advantage is there.
