Architecting Appreciation and Value

The principle is appreciation. So how do we appreciate them? Let's talk about a couple of words. One that I've talked about for probably, you know, on our podcast before. But it's what I call outside affirmation. And outside affirmation is when you redirect an affirmation from a parent or somebody in your staff to a volunteer.
