Taking a Breath of Fresh Air

If you are in a safe place, i would invite you to start by gently closing your eyes. Try not to be focused on any one particular point. The beautiful thing about your breath is that it is always with you. Your mind may wander, and that's what minds are wont to do. Whenever you notice it wandering, just gently, maybe even playfully, bringg it back to your breath. And when you're ready, open your eyes. It's been a great podcast.
