Beta Lactam PKPD Targets in Critically Ill Patients

There is a paper published out of your center recently in JAC called early therapeutic monitoring of beta lactams and associated therapy outcomes. Most patients achieved as has been discussed here time above MIC. So when we're looking at this individual antibiotics, 90% of patients on zebabimem meribundum achieve time below MIC. About 80% of those patients on the percentage of back time achieve timeabove MIC. We'll look at that higher PKPD target 100% time, four times about the MIC. And so this data just confirms the already largely published data from other trials showing the variability of beta lactam concentrations in critical patients.
