The Power of Guest Leadership

The person who pops the initial idea doesn't have to become the leader of the movement. They do a thing that someone else builds on it and they build on a bill, and it can morph and change. So good collaboration looks like that, but the people are sitting there. And at some instant, one will go, and then, well, and here's the important part, sit down again so somebody else can pop up.
