The Role of the Office for Investment in the UK
It's a privilege to look after the whole of the UK. I think in terms of how we work with other places, there are already other places that are very good at it as well and follow the model we had in Manchester. What I'm trying to do at the moment is to get more research behind those objectives if you like - capital intensive investment has a much higher economic multiplier effect. It's also working with the mayoral combined authorities, the regions, the nations as well.
