How to Split Up Your Training Time

Rule of thumb for most people's volume needs is split it up into two sessions over the course of the week like you said if there's a leg day usually I'm like do you have legs that are very like hyper responding to training in that case it's like okay maybe that's all they need because they need to bring up all these other things but typically like that's a good way to not look for trouble.
