The Breuer-Bohm Theory of Motion
In 1954, in a paper with Vigier, they argued that there are problems with with proving that you get quantum relaxation to the born rule. They turned it into a stochastic theory where the particle trajectory is a subject to random disturbances. And this has left any sort of relaxation we can see today, possibly? I've worked on something over the last couple of decades called Deep Broily Boom. If you had just been speculating that for the other hand, if you had a sci-apist on your hand, what would you do? You'd ask yourself: 'What am I doing?'
