This is a trainable skill like zooming in and out, going between the micro focus of a highly technical skill set and the macro or broader focus of crisis resource management within a problem set. I don't think it's innate, although there's probably certain spaces where certain people are better than others at it coming into the pipeline. But I think it's a thing that we need to train and that we don't always do a great job of training.
