Women Plus Education Mentorship Program
Mentorship program has continued to thrive it's now in its fourth year or fourth cohort and we have reached over 400 participants in this whole span of time. It's really exciting to see how it looks like today with a social media campaign that highlights people who are up from underrepresented gender backgrounds, also legacy projects where the mentorship teams actually work on a project together that they then use to benefit the community so I can just imagine it made such a huge difference especially early on in the pandemic when people felt so alone and isolated.
