How Do You Think About Like Productivity?
Being productive is not directly related to your input often, right? S you kind of like detaching the work from the output or the rewards. For me, my model for productivity doesn't really involve how much this thing is rewarded. It's more based on what are my personal outputs? So, for example, i just need to make two vidios a week - an output that hasn't changed in three years. If we can learn to enjoy the jo, then productivity takes care of itself.
