How Do You Measure Your Propulsive Force?
I like to go straight from that into what's happening within each stroke and then work out where my total force is. I probably look more at the numbers on the force field than the graph itself. If we've got too much lateral force, it shows it up without even eating a video. Because we can't get a video above an athlete, we get a really good idea of the hand path. It shows that almost as if we're seeing through the athlete. And then we can look at the head on and see from head on how deep they're going, but then how wide they're sweeping.
