One thing that can make it really hard to accept ourselves is seeing other people being good at the thing that we're not so good at. So one little thought that I want you to keep in your head on that is I'm on my own journey. Another tip is to think of yourself as a small child once and you had strengths and weaknesses, then too. One day you will look back with the same nostalgia and kindness on the you of today.
