When Our Brains Go to Fight or Flight

When our brains move to fight or flight, it literally unhooks. It does your logical thinking brain. And so here's where we are. We're all in fight or flight 24 seven. We're not sleeping. We're just pumping this stuff in our heads over and over and over again,. All day, all day, allDay. When we do that, we lose the ability to take perspective, and we latch on to a fear.
