On the other hand, there is no prospect of any serious pushback against those islands as well. With respect to the neighbors, china's neighbors in southeast asia have been involved with a long term negotiation for nearly two decades now. But even that code of conduct seems to be dragging out,. and the prospect seem to be dimming thatte the southsacian countries are less willing to make a deal with china.
