In many ways I have a very bad view of Uber and at the same time I use it when I need to get somewhere. So my co-author, Shaleen Gupta, always refers to that as Uber angst. It is this sort of moral qualm that we have about doing business with a business that we don't think is such a good business. And you take a great example of Uber in your book on kind of why competence isn't enough.
