The MAB Framework for Product Execution
The MAB or MAV framework is really to help me understand the state of projects in my own portfolio. I consider myself a platform product manager, so basically the product that we ship enable our internal teams for them to build products for our end users. It is a little bit different from the product teams who are actually building customer-facing features. We have quarterly by annually planning with key objectives and OKRs - make sure all the objectives later can be achieved. And typically those goals and metrics are year long -- they're designed to move the needle for execution.
