i'm pretty much self taught. Most of the people that are doing pull nowadays have had utube or instogram or lessons, and like somebody teaching them,. For me, it was like, i had one girl show me like one or two things, and then i just like, did shod. So it really was like i was annatural on the pole. That was basically my exercise and my fitness for like a ten year chunk of time. And this, and this was before paul wasn't outside of strip lumps. There was no use yo vidios there.
