Gripp: There is some as usual trading of blame between Moscow and Kiev. Since Russian forces pulled out of her son last November they have resorted to a Russian tactic, which is to periodically pummel it with shells. Gripp: With the destruction of the dam and this subsequent shelling, that seems like a continuation of that pattern. The only evidence that seems to be coming out today is there's a monitoring company who says one of its senses can detect an explosion on the dam at around two in the morning.
