I think there's ways you can find a balance and a mix. I'm not from people like, I'm just in a rut with my food. Our monthly cycle is like a report card understanding how to track your cycle and know what isn't normal as far as symptoms go can help you identify possible formative balances. Other major aspect of supporting your hormones through your food is eating in a way that supports blood sugar. Blood sugar is huge for our hormone health. So if you're avoiding foods, even though you don't, they don't cause adverse reactions that affect your quality of life or you're not loving it.
